Kadra Jordan has over 20 years of professional experience as a coach, referee, and player. Beyond coaching she has played overseas in Germany, Turkey, and Paris; and participated in travel club exhibition games. Since 2000 she has coached over 200 athletes and currently has four Name Image and Likeness (NIL) clients.

She is the CEO and Founder of Nxt Step Enterprises Brand and Marketing Agency. Nxt Step was created to connect youth and student athletes to partnerships and entrepreneurial endeavors aligned with educational and career pursuits in the sports industry. Kadra is far more than a coach and connector, she serves as a mentor and advocate for the athletes. 

Kadra founded Nxt Step Enterprises with the mission of supporting athletes around igniting hope to pursue purpose. She strives to help athletes believe in themselves and embrace the greatness they possess from the inside out. One of the things that helps her build credibility, trust, and a rapport with the athletes is not just seeing them as a number, but truly learning about the athletes and all aspects of their lives including any barriers that may face.  

Her mission and vision extends beyond the student athlete. Kadra also understands the vitally important need for positive support systems in the lives of the student athletes through parents, family friends, coaches, and mentors. She is focused and committed to student athletes becoming the best they can be individually. Yet, also instilling the importance of building a strong team that is not solely built around one athlete; but the strengths, efforts, and contributions of the entire team.
